The hunt for a villa from the 1960s that lasted about four months. The villa was then completely remodeled inside and a space between the walls was created that runs along the perimeter to correct the humidity problems in the basement, which are now fully resolved. A large new swimming pool was created along with a children’s pool and hot tub.
The property was completely remodeled on the inside trying to give as much prominence as possible to the beautiful sea view. The highly contemporary style is enriched by the use of local stone flooring and coating.
The building was a grain storage warehouse and was converted into a high-impact residential loft.
A new intermediate mezzanine floor was created between the ground floor that houses the living area, and the first floor that hosts the sleeping area.
The villa originally had an unauthorized pool. Through an elaborate construction procedure, a new and more extensive pool was approved. The uncertain style has given way to a beautiful Mediterranean villa with a contemporary accent.
